At its May 19, 2026, meeting, the City Council selected an appointment process to fill the unexpired term for District 3. Complete applications must be submitted to [email protected] by Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. All submissions will receive a confirmation email. Applicants considered for appointment must be available for interview by the City Council at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 240 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007.
Qualifications include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be an Arcadia registered voter
- Must currently reside in District 3
