The City of Bee Cave Zoning Board of Adjustments convenes as required and only after the normal course of regular Planning & Zoning and City Council action. When convened, the ZBA hears and decides on requests for variances from the requirements of the current zoning ordinance in effect and performs other duties as prescribed by City ordinance or state law. The Zoning Board of Adjustment's decisions require a super majority vote.
