The Optimist Club will hold its ANNUAL KIDS FISHING DERBY from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at nearby Middle Park Lagoon, 2220 23rd Street.

The Bettendorf Community Band will play a FREE CONCERT at 7:30 p.m. at nearby Veterans Memorial Park, 1645 23rd Street.
Shuttle Service
Bettendorf Transit will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Festival with stops at Bettendorf High School, Faye's Field, and Veterans Memorial Park. Shuttle service begins at noon and ends at 9 p.m.
Road Closure Information
Beginning July 3 at 6 a.m. through July 5 at noon, Spruce Hills Drive will be closed from 18th Street to Cumberland Square Drive for set up, festival, and tear down. Access to Cumberland Square businesses will be on Spruce Hills Drive near Azteca and on 18th Street.
