City Code requires all dogs to be kept on a leash not exceeding 6' in length when they are off their owner's premises unless they are using the Crow Creek Dog Park.

Animal Control

The City of Bettendorf does not provide Animal Control Services. The City's Dog License Fee helps pay for these services through the Humane Society of Scott County.
