City of Bettendorf’s “Adopt a Storm Drain” Program
The Bettendorf Conservation Committee – partners of the Bettendorf Parks & Recreation Department, Public Works Department, and endorsed by the City of Bettendorf – are seeking volunteers to adopt a storm drain. Once you’ve identified the storm drain you want to adopt, fill out and submit the Storm Sewer Maintenance Agreement below. After reviewing your agreement, you will be assigned to that specific drain. The City will supply a drain marker to be permanently adhered to the drain along with instructions to apply the marker. After that, your obligation will be to keep debris off your adopted drain.
