History

The Dunellen Parking Authority was created on October 10, 1955, by the Honorable Mayor Joseph Morecraft, Jr., pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 198 of the law enacted in 1948 (40:11A-1), known as the Parking Authority Law of the State of New Jersey, codified in the Borough Code as Chapter 7 Authorities Article 1 Parking Authority. The Authority is a public body corporate and political subdivision of the State with territorial boundaries within the Borough.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice is hereby given that due to a change in time, the regular meeting of the Dunellen Parking Authority scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, originally noticed for 6:00 p.m., will instead begin at 7:00 p.m., and will be held in the first-floor conference room of the Authority’s office located at 345 Front Street, Dunellen, New Jersey. All meetings take place at 345 Front Street, Dunellen, NJ in the first floor conference room at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays unless otherwise indicated. All meetings are open to the public. Please call ahead to have any concerns placed first on the agenda.
