Location: The entire length of Jackson Avenue
Phase 1: The removal and replacement of sections of severely damaged curbs and ADA sidewalk entrances at each intersection.
Phase 2: The milling and paving of 2 inches of asphalt, enhanced road striping, and site restoration.
