150 North Avenue was completed in 2024 and is a three-story mixed-use building consisting of 1,578 square feet of commercial/retail space and a 14-apartment rental development at the corner of Jackson Avenue and North Avenue, including two affordable housing units. The commercial/office space, located on the first floor, is home to new businesses and the residential units on the second and third floors have welcomed new residents to each unit. The space also offers ground-level covered parking for both residents and businesses.
