The North Hamilton Project at 405 North Avenue will convert the former bank and the old Dunellen Rescue Squad building into a modern, mixed-use apartment complex. This development will feature 50 residential units, including seven (7) affordable housing units, first-floor commercial space, and parking facilities. In addition, the project facilitates the construction of a new home for the Dunellen Rescue Squad, ensuring they have the tools and infrastructure needed to continue serving the Borough with excellence. This project is a prime example of how redevelopment can breathe new life into properties that were once dormant, while also meeting the needs of the community.
