Bremer County Board of Health Position Statements
Iowa Code Chapter 137.103 states "A county board shall have jurisdiction over public health matters within the county." While there is a multitude of issues which can potentially affect public health within Bremer County, the Board of Health has taken a position and adopted position statements on the following topics:
Position statements are reviewed at least every three years to consider updates to science, epidemiology and any other facts.
