Part-Time Driver/Assistant to Landfill Manager
Bremer County is accepting applications for the position of Landfill Assistant. This is a part-time/On-call position, with hours seasonally varying according to demand.
This person will work independently, or as part of a crew, operating but not limited to a hook truck, end loader, and six-wheeler. This will include some scale house duties.
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Class B Commercial Driver's License with air brakes, at least two years’ experience involving the operation of heavy equipment, ability to perform under adverse weather conditions and maintain an effective working relationship with fellow employees and the public.

Corrections Officer/Jailer
The Bremer County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for 2nd/3rd shift Corrections Officer/Jailer. All applicants must meet the minimum hiring standards set by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy and are available on our website that is listed below.
Salary Range: $23.99 - $28.90 per hour.
