Do I need a business license to open a business?- Yes, most businesses are required to obtain a license from the City of Cuba, including home based businesses.
How do I apply for a business license?
- Fill out the application below and either mail it or turn it in to City Hall. An application fee is required.
Who issues business licenses?
- The City Collector issues a business license after reviewing the application and verifying eligibility.
Why would a business license be denied?
- There are several reasons a license could be denied including, but not limited to:
- not meeting zoning requirements
- failure to comply with City ordinances
- lack of required permits
- history of violations
