Request for Qualifications: Professional Construction Management at Risk Services — Kiawah Island Civic & Cultural Center
The Town of Kiawah Island is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMaR) for the new Civic and Cultural Center addition to the existing Town Hall at 4475 Betsy Kerrison Parkway. The project includes a approximately 12,000 SF auditorium with 300 seats, multipurpose community rooms, a foyer/lobby, loading dock, and associated site and utility work. The new facility will serve as a dedicated venue for cultural events, performing arts programming, and community gatherings.
This RFQ begins a two-phase procurement process. Qualified firms will be evaluated and shortlisted, with top-ranked firms invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) phase. Offerors must hold an active BD-5 General Contractor's License in South Carolina.
Submission Deadline: February 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM Submission: Eight (8) printed copies and one flash drive must be delivered to Town Hall. Electronic submittals will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions must be received by February 13, 2026.
