Filming Permit Application Processes:
1.    Submit the Filming Permit Application, a copy of the script, a copy of the insurance endorsement, a copy of site plans, refundable deposit and fees to:
         
         City of La Mirada
         Administrative Services Department

2.   The application will be reviewed by the Permit Review Board. 

3.   Once a determination is made, the applicant will be notified.
      • If approved, a Temporary Used Permit will be issued. The City may set some conditions.
      • If not approved, the deposit will be given back to the applicant.

** If filming at a City facility, you may need to complete the City's facility rental agreement in addition to the film permit application.  Please contact the Community Services Department at (562) 943-0131 or the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts at (562) 944-9801 for the respective facility rental agreement.
