Complaint and Grievance Policy and Procedures

The City of La Mirada has adopted a formal complaint and grievance policy and grievance form for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging concerns, complaints or requests for access to City programs.  The City’s Complaint and Grievance Policy and Grievance Form are provided below.  Grievances can be submitted to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator.
