City Council Public Hearing on May 26, 2026 - Tentative Parcel Map No. 85016

The La Mirada City Council will consider Tentative Parcel Map No. 85016: a request to consolidate two (2) parcels into one (1) parcel at 14602 San Ardo Drive, within the Single-Family Residential Zoning District (R-1-6,000) and finding the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines pursuant to Section 15315, Class 15 of the CEQA Guidelines.
