Adult Basketball Leagues (ages 18+)
The La Mirada Gymnasium hosts two nights of Adult Basketball Leagues. Monday nights consist of "Elite" (Advanced) and "Prime" (Intermediate) divisions. Thursday nights consist of "Prime" (Intermediate) divisions. Availability of both leagues subject to change. Games are played in the evenings from 6:30pm-10:30pm. Teams are guaranteed a total of 8 games, with an additional 2 games of playoffs (not guaranteed). Please refer to the city’s rules of conduct on sportsmanship.

Senior Hoops (ages 50+)
Rise and shine with a game of hoops alongside other older adults at the Community Gymnasium on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings from 6am to 9am. Older men and women ages 50 and over of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Senior Annual Gym Membership is only $35. Hours are subject to change due to league and camp schedules.
