The Planning Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The Commission consists of seven members who serve four-year staggered terms.
The Commission reviews a range of land use applications pursuant to the Land Management Code and General Plan including subdivisions, plat amendments, master planned developments, and conditional use permits. The Planning Commission reviews and forwards a recommendation to the City Council for long-range plans, Land Management Code amendments, and annexation petitions.
