New Water Billing System Launched May 2026 

The new payment portal is not connected to the previous portal. You must create a new account.

Please visit: Park City Municipal Utility Payments - Municipal Online Services

First – create your online account. You will be asked to add your email address and other important information. Do not hit next, instead - click the “Create an Account” button in the bottom box – Once your online account is created you will need to verify your email.

Second – Email verification – your new Park City online account will send a code to your email inbox. Watch for this code and type it into the “Enter Code” box/field. Then click the Blue Box that says “verify.” When this is done verifying your email is safe, click/tap the words “Back to sign in."

Third – Log in to your newly created Park City online account. Enter your email and make sure to log in for the first time using the password box. Now you should be in your new account.

Fourth – Click the blue box that says, “Add Account”. Enter your water account number – first five numbers only and customer number – next eight numbers only.

You should now be able to add your payment method if you want autopay – or you can make a one-time payment.
