Pennington County 4-H Leaders Association

The Pennington County 4-H Leaders Association objective is to establish and promote a mutual helpful exchange of information between the leaders of the Pennington county 4-H Clubs, as well as to help enlarge the field of 4-H, render any assistance possible to new coming leaders, and to encourage an uniformly high standard of achievement to the 4-H program.
