PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
The City of Raytown Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month. The meeting will not be held if a quorum cannot be seated.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets once a month to hear, discuss and vote on applications and plans dealing with land use or land division developments in Raytown.
Schedule
The Planning Commission normally meets on the first Thursday of every month at 7 PM. Community Development Department staff can provide applications and complete schedules for any person or business interested in filing an application for Planning Commission action. Members
The Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with city ordinance, presently consists of 9 members appointed by the Mayor for terms of four years.
The current members are:
