Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 2026 @ 11:30 AM (Prevailing time), electronically sealed bids will be opened and conducted in an electronic platform in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq., on BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com// robbinsville-twp, at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read for the following: BID # 26-05 Roadway Improvements to Pond RoadBids shall be electronically uploaded, no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored. NOTE:It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Submission of Bid: If indicated, bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Township of Robbinsville. The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes HMA milling, HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, HMA Pavement repair, Inlet repair, Installation of Thermoplastic Traffic Stripes and Markings, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 365 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. 2026 Budget Introduction Notice Notice is hereby given that the budget and tax resolution were approved by the Township Council of the Township of Robbinsville, County of Mercer, on May 14, 2026. A hearing on the budget and tax resolution will be held in the Robbinsville Township Public Meeting Room 2300 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ on June 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at which time and place objections to the Budget and Tax Resolution for the year 2026 may be presented by taxpayers or other interested persons.
