Insurance Committee

The Insurance Committee has merged with the Personnel Committee.   

The Insurance Committee monitors and provides oversight for the health insurance offered to Hartsville Trousdale County Government employees.  Solicit bids and screens applicants for health insurance plans when requested. Reviews all insurance and related benefits annually.  This Committee meets as needed.

Personnel and Insurance Committee

The Personnel & Insurance Committee monitors, revises, and develops guidelines for the Hartsville/Trousdale Government Employee Handbook.  They are also available to mediate disputes between personnel and Supervisors. Annual evaluation of the employee insurance benefits.  Works with insurance broker to find the best solution for insurance benefits.
