Solid Waste Management Policy

MATTRESS DISPOSAL

Effective July 1, 2025 | A $20 DISPOSAL FEE per mattress will be assessed at this facility.  Mattresses are accepted on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. 

Must have exact amount for the fee(s); change will not be made. 

This policy follows the landfill's implementation of charges for mattress disposal and is authorized by the HTC Public Works Department.

Per the rules of the Convenience Center, the equivalent of one level pickup truck load per day will be accepted.
