Have you ever wondered how Town departments operate? Curious about how public funds are managed, how zoning decisions are made, or what happens behind the scenes in public safety and public works? The Citizens Academy provides residents with a unique, behind-the-scenes look at local government operations and services.
This free, eight-week program is typically held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Each session will include interactive presentations, department tours, and opportunities to speak directly with Town officials and staff.
Most sessions will take place at Watertown Town Hall, 61 Echo Lake Road, unless otherwise noted below.
Participants are also encouraged to attend at least one Watertown Town Council meeting during the program period.
Enrollment is limited to 20 participants to promote engagement and meaningful discussion.
