The Hotel/Motel Program in Yuba County is responsible for the enforcement of CA STATE HOUSING LAW. Yuba County Environmental Health (YCEH) conducts annual inspections of every hotel and motel in unincorporated Yuba County and the City of Marysville. The inspection determines if the facilities are clean, well maintained, free of vermin (rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs and other insects), and the proper laundering of linens.
