Yuba County Self Service – Tyler Civic Access Portal

CDSA customers can now make online payments for fees, permits, and other charges related to the following departments through the Yuba County Self Service Portal:

  • Building
  • Code Enforcement
  • Planning
  • Public Works

How to Make a Payment:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your invoice.
  3. Click “Add to Cart” within the invoice screen.
  4. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

This new portal provides a faster, more secure, and user-friendly payment experience.

Tyler Technologies Convenience Fees

 

Tyler Technologies, the payment processor for the portal, charges the following fees:
Payment Method Convenience Fee
Credit Card 3.75% (minimum $2.50)
Electronic Check (ACH) $1.95 flat fee

Yuba County does not collect or retain any portion of these fees.

Environmental Health & Utility Billing – Point&Pay

CDSA customers can also use Point&Pay to make payments for:

  • Environmental Health permits and facility fees
  • Gold Village utility billing

Point&Pay is a third-party payment provider. You will be redirected to an external website to complete your transaction using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Point&Pay Convenience Fees

Payment Method Convenience Fee
Credit Card 2.25% (minimum $2.00)
Electronic Check (ACH) $2.50 flat fee

Yuba County does not collect or retain any portion of these fees.
