Hey Yuba County, get your family wildfire-ready at the exciting 6th Annual Be Prepared Fair!

Join us in Loma Rica for a FREE family-friendly, fun-filled day of emergency prep, brought to you by 20+ local and state agency partners.

What can I expect?

  • Tour our emergency vehicles (including the REACH helicopter!)
  • Meet and greet first responders and experts
  • Watch emergency demos (including an aerial water drop!)
  • Collect free preparedness swag and your very own starter go-bag
  • Stay for dinner with our food truck partners

The Be Prepared Fair brings together our emergency responders and community to give our residents the opportunity to discuss safety and prevention for the upcoming fire season.

The fair will be held on Wednesday, April 15, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Foothill Lions Club, 5667 Fruitland Rd., Loma Rica, CA.

Nope, this event is a free resource to the community, and there is no cost to attend!

Yes! Our food truck partners will have food and drinks available for purchase at the fair.

Yes! The Be Prepared Fair if family friendly, and there will be activities and resources for you and your family.

Yes, dogs are allowed. Just make sure they are leashed and cleaned up after, as there may be rescued animals at the event. Please note, too, that some areas may have asphalt in likely sunny weather, so make sure your pup is prepared!
