The County's Rules and Regulations are approved by the Board of Supervisors and are published separately from the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) / Master Labor Agreement (MLA).

Labor Relations

The County has current Memoranda of Understandings (MOUs) and Master Labor Agreements (MLAs) with all recognized employee organizations that represent County employees. These MOUs / MLAs provide for various terms and conditions of employment for the employees subject to the agreement, including salary adjustments and other forms of compensation, health insurance, retirement, paid leave, etc.  Elected Officials, Management, and Confidential Employees are not represented by a recognized employee organization.
