Overview

The Planning and Development Department oversees development in the City of Bee Cave. Composed of four divisions (planning, engineering, building permitting and inspections, and code enforcement), the Department helps guide the development process to achieve quality land development consistent with the goals of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Department also enforces codes and regulations to ensure protection of property values, high quality development, and safety of citizens and visitors.
