The Code Enforcement Division investigates violations of City Code related to property maintenance and zoning violations, such as noxious weeds, unauthorized sign placements, dilapidated properties, and illegally stored/parked vehicles on private property. Parking, Noise, and Illegal Burning Violations

On-street parking and noise complaints are handled by the Bettendorf Police Department via their non-emergency line at (563) 344-4015 or after hours at (563) 388-3904. Illegal recreational burning should be reported to the Bettendorf Fire Department at (563) 344-4030 or after hours at (563) 388-3904. To report a fire or police emergency, please call 9-1-1.
