Landlords must hold a current rental registration and pass a rental inspection to rent residential property within the City of Bettendorf.
A current rental registration must be on file in the City Clerk's office before a rental inspection can be scheduled. You can register your rental property online by clicking here. An inspection certificate will be issued when the residential structure is found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Bettendorf city code.
