Urban Renewal Planning in Bettendorf
The City of Bettendorf has established Urban Renewal Plans in certain areas of the City. Urban Renewal assists with growth, development and redevelopment of certain areas of a community. In Bettendorf, Urban Renewal has supported some tremendous developments and redevelopments including the TBK Bank Sports Complex, many projects in the Downtown corridor, and the redevelopment of the former Lodge Hotel property.
