The City of Bettendorf's Mayor, Council and Department Heads engage in an annual goal-setting workshop every fall. During this three-day work session, priorities for the coming year are established, which take into consideration the continued growth and development of our City. Goal-Setting is City Council's opportunity to work directly with staff and set the priorities for achieving quality roads, infrastructure, parks, and human resource needs, just to name a few, in an orderly and fiscally responsible manner.
