No, your account number will remain the same. The services within the account will be changing, but everything else will not change.
If you have previously set up automatic payments through Municipal Online Payments (our web portal), no action is needed. Your account is already set to check for any outstanding balances each month on the date you picked when you first turned on automatic payments.
If you have set up automatic payments outside of our web portal, you will need to review your settings to make sure your payments are now monthly instead of quarterly.

In the past, our septic properties have always been read on a quarterly basis due to amount of time it took to read meters for the whole island. With improvements to our meters and meter reading equipment, what used to take two weeks can now be done in a much shorter time.
