The Construction Board of Appeals (CBA) is empowered to hear appeals regarding decisions and interpretations made by the Town's Building Official.
CBA functions
- Hear grievances and appeals regarding the application of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel and Gas Code, International Fire Code, International Energy Conservation Code, International Property Maintenance Code, International Existing Building Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and the National Electrical Code.
- Provide educational opportunities for contractors.

Meeting Information
Construction Board of Appeals meetings are held annually and often in February; the exact date is determined by member availability. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are subject to change.
