Human ResourcesThe Administrative Services Department manages the City’s human resources functions, risk management function, and the finance function.
Human Resources function includes employee evaluations, and overseeing the City’s compensation and benefits program. Finance function manages the City's investment portfolio, coordinates the preparation of the annual budget and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), and administers the business license, accounts payable, and payroll activities. The risk management function administers the City’s general liability and workers compensation insurance.
