Welcome to the Hartsville/Trousdale Water & Sewer Department Our offices are located behind the Administration Building at 322 Broadway in Hartsville, TN. We are currently serving over 3,000 customers within our county and enjoy our home right off the Cumberland River.
In addition to serving our local customers, we also act as a water supplier to surrounding utility districts. Our county is constantly growing. Along with our population growth, our water and sewer infrastructures must continue to be evaluated to keep up with our demands. With our staff of 20 employees, we also work closely with mid-state engineers and contractors to keep our equipment up to date to meet state and federal regulations.
Below are the forms needed to open an account with us. There is also a form to set up bank drafts for your payments.
