Our mission is to promote sustainable development that enhances the physical, social, and economic character of the community through comprehensive reviews of development projects for compliance with local, state, and federal policies and dissemination of relevant information to stakeholders.

Services Provided to the Public

Land Use Confirmations and research requests will typically be processed within five business days. General zoning inquiries will typically be responded to within two business days.  Please complete the Zoning Inquiry form, and a planner will contact you with the requested information. 

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, and we understand the value of your time.  CDSA employees spend much of their workdays away from the office or working on projects. To ensure that we have the right person here to help you with whatever your needs are, please contact our office to check the availability of the staff member you need. We’re more than happy to schedule an appointment for either teleconference or phone call.

If you wish to discuss a specific project application, please contact the planner assigned to the project to set up a meeting for either a teleconference or phone call.  Please make sure you provide your project number when requesting a meeting.
