Yuba County Elections is a division of the County Clerk/Recorder Office. The Elections Office performs duties as mandated by state, federal and local law under the direction of the County Clerk, Donna Hillegass.
Election duties include:
- Conduct Federal, State, and Local Elections
- Voter Registration Maintenance
- Candidate Filing
- Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Filing Officer
- Coordinate Polling Places
- Recruit Poll Workers
- Test / Prepare Voting Equipment
- Process Vote by Mail Ballots
