Title 15, Article 8, Section 1400 outlines the Medical and Behavioral Health mandates within juvenile institutions. Medical services are offered through Luminous Care . Luminous Care currently provides a Registered Nurse 50 hours per week, seven days per week; Licensed Vocational Nurse 2 hour a day/7 days a week; a medical Doctor 5 hours a week and a Psychiatrist 5 hours a week. In addition to Luminous Care services, Sutter Yuba Behavioral Health is contracted to provide full time Therapists for both Camp Singer and Youth Development Center.
