Ordinance #2024-32 was adopted at the December 16, 2024, Dunellen Borough Council Meeting. The purpose of this article is to prevent fraud, crime, and unethical and dishonest business practices, and for the general protection, health, and welfare of the residents of the community and to deter the use of soliciting to gain access to homes for criminal purposes, and for the preservation of the quiet and privacy of residents of the Borough.
